How to Get Rid of MagniPic.exe

Two hours ago my Google Chrome froze and when i tried to close it, everything froze and I had to restart it with a button on a computer. Before that I managed to get to the task manager and saw a bung of magnipic.exe's. After that I googled it and found out it is a virus. I've already saw a similar problem at this very forum but I don't know how to fix it.

What Is MagniPic.exe?

MagniPic.exe is a malicious infection that can cause great problems to your computer. Once infected, you cannot start IE or anti-virus programs.
